The Fleece City is RIER's answer to the ubiquitous synthetic fleece: a half-zip cut in 100% natural wool fleece-pile, fabric and tailoring both made in Austria. The boxy shaped bodice and standing collar give it a clean, slightly architectural silhouette, while the Riri® half-zip and utility loop at the back speak to the kind of quietly considered details that define the label. ARGILE is a warm clay taupe, a tone that reads almost like a natural undyed fibre and integrates easily into a range of neutral palettes. Because the fabric is wool rather than polyester, it sheds no microplastics into waterways and is fully biodegradable at end of life. The fleece-pile surface is ultra lightweight and fluffy, with wool's inherent ability to regulate body temperature making it effective across a wide range of conditions. The unlined interior keeps the garment minimal in weight and volume, ideal as a standalone layer or worn under outerwear.
