All orders ship from our space in Barcelona, Spain, with FedEx. We ship to most countries worldwide. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All deliveries require a valid physical address.

Shipping zones and delivery times

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, service and total parcel weight. Estimated transit times are counted in business days and start from the moment your order is handed to FedEx.

Duties and taxes

European Union

Orders shipping within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. Local VAT is included in the product price you see on site.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan and South Korea

For these destinations we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and charged by us. The total you pay at checkout is the final landed cost for your order. You should not be asked to pay additional duties or import taxes on delivery.

Rest of world

For all other non EU destinations, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are not included in our prices. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

M.I.G. is not responsible for any delay, cost or parcel return resulting from unpaid customs charges, import restrictions or local handling by customs authorities. If a DDU shipment is returned to us because duties or taxes were not paid, any return shipping and customs costs may be deducted from the refund.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days from Barcelona. Once your parcel has been handed to FedEx, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Transit times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs inspections or local carrier delays. Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return. This is your right of withdrawal under European consumer law and applies to full price and sale items alike.

How to return

To register a return, email us at returns@m-i-g.co with your order number and the items you wish to send back. We will confirm the return and share the return instructions.

Condition

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and the original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.

Return shipping

Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

For returns from outside the European Union, mark the parcel clearly as RETURNED GOODS on all customs paperwork and declare the correct value. Parcels not marked this way may be delayed or charged import duties, which may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process the refund within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

For DDP destinations (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan and South Korea), refunds cover the product value. Original shipping and import duties prepaid by us at checkout are not refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, return the original order and place a new one.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at returns@m-i-g.co within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
