Description
The Painter Pants are constructed in a 12.5oz denim woven in Okayama using domestically spun yarn. The weaving process intentionally removes the fixed supports and weights typically used to stabilize vintage shuttle looms. These absent constraints allow fine, natural vibrations during weaving that introduce depth and organic irregularity into the fabric. Sewing is carried out in Kurashiki, Okayama, and finishing takes place in Fukuyama, Hiroshima.
